IMASENIC will design the sensor layer of a 3D-stacked CMOS image sensor, with embedded computation capability. The project leader is photonicSENS, and the other members are: NUTAI, OMNIELETRIC and FACTOR Ingenieria y Decoletaje.
The project is called FOTONIL and is funded by the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), the Ministry of Science and Innovation, the European Union (NextGenerationEU), the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the European Regional Development Fund, under the motto: “A way to make Europe”.
